Owner of a Construction Management / Claims consulting business in Los Angeles and an expert witness to construction attorneys. Held multiple positions in construction from digging dirt to senior management poistions. Managed projects for Contractors and Owners. As a Senior Project Manager to a Public Owner, managed a program of 560 projects at 123 schools from start of desgin up to construction completion.
