This presentation will provide an overview of a 9-1-1 disaster protocol that can triage incoming calls when response resources are exhausted or cannot respond due disaster conditions. This will facilitate the ability to assign responders in priority order as they become available. Additionally, callers can be provided instructions that will help to keep them safe.
