Bridges falling apart, Houses collapsing from environmental factors (Miami apartment building), Concrete exposed to salt or acid rain lowering its pH. It reacts with carbon dioxide in air and the pH of the surface is gradually reduced through a process called carbonation. When the pH of concrete lowers it affects its ability to hold the components within it together. Earthquakes can destroy every bridge, house and structure where the concrete has lost its physical abilities.

We at Fresco developed a series of products that know how to identify these problems and the sites of weakness. Our materials are able to penetrate any concrete structure and increase the pH as needed to keep the structure together. Our treatments transform concrete to its initial fortifying characteristics
